Please contact your pharmacy they can send an e-prescription request directly to the doctor for refills

Office visits notice:

Our office visits are available for in person visits. Patients will be screened for temperature and asked questions to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We ask that you wear face covering and maintain social distancing. Thank you

Insurance notice:

Most insurance companies do cover Telemedicine before you come in for a telemedicine visit you will want to check with your insurance to determine coverage. Medicare, BCBS, FirstHealth, Cofinity has more then 100 clients covered, they were able to determine most of them cover Telemedicine. Those that don't are exploring it now, in order to support the Covid-19 pandemic. Since we don't have the ability to guarantee which payers cover Telemedicine, we're encouraging you to call to validate coverage.

An office visit encounter will be created and billed to your insurance company, the doctors will go through an office progress note as if you were here. Telemedicine does have limitations, including, but not limited to missing pathology, as you will not be examined physical​

For medication refills please have your pharmacy e-Prescribe the request, this process goes directly to the doctor for approval.
